Scheduled maintenance helps you plan service for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment before a breakdown disrupts the building or kitchen. NYC Refrigeration Mechanic Corp. works with restaurants, property managers, and businesses with one or multiple locations.
What your proposal covers
- The locations and equipment included in the plan.
- A proposed service schedule and the maintenance tasks for each equipment type.
- How findings and recommended next steps will be documented.
- What is included, what is excluded, and how additional repairs will be quoted.
Every site is different. We review the equipment and operating needs before recommending a scope. Repair work and parts are quoted separately unless a written agreement says otherwise.
What to send us
Use the service request form and put Maintenance proposal in the Subject field. Include your business or property name, jobsite ZIP code, equipment types and approximate number of units, and the schedule you have in mind. Model numbers and recent service history help if you have them, but they are not required for an initial conversation.
Where we work
We serve all five New York City boroughs, with Astoria, Queens as our primary service area. We also consider projects in Yonkers, New Rochelle, Newark, and Long Island communities toward Port Jefferson. For locations outside NYC, we confirm availability and travel terms before scheduling.
Need a repair instead? Commercial refrigeration repair and residential and commercial HVAC service are available through the same request form.
